Contribution of Workload and Compensation to Teacher's Burnout

چکیده

This research was conducted to show the contribution of workload and compensation teacher burnout in Cilacap Regency. The methodology this study is quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models. sample on 142 teachers instrument a closed questionnaire google form based Likert scale. Hypothesis testing obtained from t-test F test. results several conclusions: 1) Workload contributes positively significantly teacher’s Regency, which means increasing will increase burnout. 2) Compensation has negative significant work an decrease 3) contribute Regency determination coefficient value 0.439 or 43.9%, that together by 43.9%.
